Boys Don't Cry

Well, '' Ladke rote nahi hai'' tum ladki ho kya jo rahe ho. This thing usually comes up when a boy cries and is compared to a girl,why? Just because the boy showed his emotions in form of tears and why is it that a girl is just known for the crying emotion, always been this stereotype. Only girls cry, No! Boys do cry too. We cant ignore their emotions.. Its human nature we are bound to be emotional. Girls show it by crying and boys cry within themselves because they are scared that everyone will make fun of them. I would like to bring a thought to you'll that, Let boys cry. Let them share their emotion. Let them feel better after expressing. Boys are sensitive too. Dont stop them from expressing. At some point boys shed tears and its very genuine because girls are quiet strong of handling their emotions but boys dont know how to deal with it. Let them express  #EmpowerEmotions.

Be Strong💁

We all need to be strong. Somewhere down the line, we all have to be strong enough to accept things and live with it. Hats off to those people who were always strong and didnt break within themselves. It's not about a boy or a girl they both have feelings and that both need to be strong. Girls express a lot while boys fail to express when in pain. In the night, Only a pillow knows everything what a person is going through. All the tears, sadness and what not! Why always we say a girl has to be strong and deal with everything. Boys also need advices and even they need to be strong.  At the end, It's all about how you manage yourself and fight with yourself. The world will make you shed tears its upto you.... How to be strong enough and take care of yourself. Always be strong, because there are always people to put you down.

Detox Yourself

Detox Yourself from all the thoughts running into your mind. In the world full of chaos, do we ever give time to ourselves? We all should question ourselves, are we doing justice to our mind, body and soul. In 9 to 5 routine somewhere we are all lost. It's high time now for us to realise that we have to detox our mind. Mind controls us, for that we actually need to have minimum 7-8 hours of sleep.. because we are then creating problems which really dont even exist. We should always give time to us. Spend some time alone, give yourself enough time to understand everything what is happening in and around you. Once you start giving time to yourself all the problems will vanish. Everyone wants to be happy, but its within us to detox our mind on daily basis. Stay calm and Be fresh Also be positive.
